The Central Administrative Office, Educational Development Project, School, Medical Department, Library Department, Guest House, Livestock Department and Financial Office are the seven departments affiliated with the monastic seat.

1. Central Administrative Office oversees and supports the spiritual and social direction of the monastic community. It furnishes the sustenance of the monastic community each year, and bears responsibility for performing Buddhist rites for the welfare of people in and outside the country.

2. Educational Development Project oversees and supports study programs. It will undertake development works for the school, dispensary and hostels etc. It oversees the monastery's examinations, the Gelug Board Examination; monitors attendance at debate sessions, pays the salary of employed teachers and presents encouragement prizes to students who voluntarily give public recitation, from memory, of Buddhist treatises in monastic assembly,
